This cozy critter 2 story small animal home is so elegant and fits into any home decor. I love that there’s multiple ways to open the cage. The top two sides come down and the front plastic side comes down while the back side is glass. The top also opens for access to your pets. The plastic side came cracked so I reached out to the company and they almost immediately shipped out a replacement part for free. This product also comes with a 10 year warranty and it’s very easy to set up online. It was also easy to assemble. This is a nice, large cabinet that provides a lot of storage. I bought it to put a large terrarium on. It was pretty easy to assemble, just be sure to look at the details in the diagrams. My biggest complaint is the quality. The plastic is easy to scuff up and already had several noticeable scuffs when it arrived. Pretty good product to be honest! The only thing I would change is that the doors would be magnetized with the outside lock rather than the smaller locks in the inside making it difficult to clean out the litter box if you have limited movement in your hands. My hands cramp very easily but that’s on me. I should have done more research on this but all in all, not that bad. Nice and spacious for an extra large litter box and a nice shelf.
