I've had it for almost 4 years and it's held up strong in Massachusetts weather. Snow, rain, cold, ice and wind, it still looks like the day it was installed. Zipper still works. No holes. I don't notice any fading, it probably did a little but not enough to notice. I didn't have the patience or skill to put it together, I hired a handyman to do it, and it couldn't do it either.
