Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. This spring door hinge is heavy duty! Everything is included in the one box. I chose the antique brass - the color is true as shown in Wayfair photos! This hinge is more than I expected. The spring mechanism is thick and heavy, promising years and years and years of dependable use. This is such an upgrade from our 10,000 BTU portable air conditioner. We purchased this Danby because our old a/c unit started blowing hot air. After checking to see if it needed draining, filter cleaning, checking the hose for blockages, etc., we realized it was likely not worth trying to get it repaired. We've bought Danby products before but never a/c units. So far, it's doing a great job. We have it set up in our living room, which counts as two rooms if we were to carpet it and so far, it's keeping the space nice and cool. We live in an apartment, so this works really well. The true test will be how it lasts during some of the summer's longer heat waves, but as we're experiencing mini heat waves right now (that last maybe 2-3 days), I'm happy to say that it's doing a decent job. Oh, and it's super quiet. Our other a/c unit that we have in the bedroom runs a lot louder than this one and is maybe only a year old. The only thing that should be addressed is in the set-up of the CO2 gauages and connections. That section of the manual could use a little more clarity.
