Unit is defective from manufacturer. Contractor installed and the hood will not raise up. I know electrical controls pretty well and after doing some troubleshooting the button to raise the hood gets no power from the board and the fuse is in good condition. Hope it gets fixed quickly.. I was relieved to find a shower door that had an inches worth of adjustment to it because the space that we had to put it in is not exact. I was also glad to find a door that would work with a very small space. That's where the bi-fold comes in. The space that we have would not work well with either a hinged door or a pivot door. The door is attractive and I suspect the glass will clean nicely once we know that it is installed properly. That has been the only problem. The instructions apparently are not that great and the person installing it for us house already come back once to correct the mistake of having the door outside of the gasket which I don't suggest doing because that will just let water in. But I'm fairly certain he installed one of the door strips upside down and it's not working quite right. If the instructions were really good I would give it a five plus plus Star Wise.
