My wife and I did a ton of research before purchasing a new hot tub. As a business owner of our own Pool and Spa store, we have access to purchase through distribution. We choose this one off Wayfair for its size, equipment options, and features. The hot tub is very well built with an abs pan encasing the bottom. We have since shown this product to a few of our customers and highly recommend them purchase this one over repairing theirs. Overall, this hot tub is a fantastic value and incredibly high quality. Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks. If it needs to go up have some heavy equipment to assist you and the second thing was the amount of electricity it used in the winter. my electric bill went up $80-$100 a month. Haven’t connected to power yet. The delivery went very well considering the spa weighed almost a ton! The delivery team (Hugo+1) were great and very professional. Update: The headrests are melting black gooey stuff onto the spa liner and got on my neck, shoulders and hair. What a mess to clean up! Why would this type of materials be used in a spa??? The hot tub is great! It was delivered within the original time frame of 2-3 weeks, and had no issues with leaks or damage. The tub is comfortable and has plenty of power. The instruction manual could be ALOT better, but for the quality and price of the tub It is well worth it. One thing to note is that the tub did not come with the wiring to connect from the control panel to the house, and the shell did not include a hole for the wire to exit through. Not sure if this typical with hot tubs or not, but expect to buy several feet of #6 wire to connect the tub to the disconnect box and to drill a hole in the frame to feed the wire out.. Lori. US.
