This was a great addition to my sunroom to replace my older 10K btu model that couldn’t keep up with the extreme colder temps (20°Fs and below). This space is not heated so my Mr. Heater acts as the primary source. I only have to turn the setting to 3 to heat the room and then down to 2. The thermostat does a good job shutting the unit on and off as needed. Very easy to install. We are using this unit and another we have yet to install until we complete renovations on our home and have our new heatingcooling system installed. This one is in the basement and on a setting of one to two heats the basement and warms the floor enough that the electric fireplace has kept our home very warm in 30 degree temps. When we hit Pennsylvania’s freezing temperatures on a steady basis the second unit will be needed upstairs. Only used one time so far I think overall it will be great you must hold the the pilot light down for 5 or 6 minutes, at least to get it to light up. For me, the installation was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The unit I have is propane. Time will tell, but overall, I think its going to be great for heating up my small cabin.
