I bought this product for my girls' room (ages 2 and 4) because we needed something to contain the chaos that was also sturdy. As predicted, my 4 yo climbed on top of it the instant it arrived. To the company's credit, the outer structure is well made and strong. It will definitely withstand toddlers. 1 star, however, because it comes without the horizontal shelves?!? I made sure to confirm in the description that the plastic bins were included but it had not occurred to me that a 12-cubby shelf wouldn't include the actual shelves to put the bins ON. It is, instead, more of a 4-cubby shelf. I contacted Wayfair and upon review of the product description they found that "Shelves included" line was answered No. So this appears to be intentional. I find this to be an insanely bizarre choice on the part of the manufacturer and the product description, as a result, to be wildly misleading. Wayfair has been delightful and arranged to have the additional parts sent to me.
