My plumber recommended Delta as a good mid-range brand for which he can find parts when repairs are needed. The mixing valve is tight and adjusts the temperature accurately...very important to consider (if you have ever had a cheap one that just can't get it right). We bought 2 of these to control shower heads that are on the opposite side of the shower and spray into the middle. I wanted them to match, so specifically bought these faucet controlled separate from the shower heads b/c the shower heads are different. The mechanism is different than I am used to (handle turns from 3'o'clock to about 10'o'clock) The further to the left, the hotter the water gets.
