I truly love this chandelier! The packaging was great so there was nothing cracked or broken. One of the wires that the chandelier hung by was crossed under the other wire so my husband had to fix that before it could be hung or it would have been crooked. He was also concerned because we have a vaulted ceiling but the attachment which it hung by was adjustable so that issue was solved. The chandelier has a switch at the top base which adjusts 3 types of lighting to suit your preference. We chose the cool white setting.
