I love this rain barrel! Of course, as soon as we installed it, it didn’t rain for almost a month! But when it finally did rain, it filled up fast! I just ordered my second one! It was very easy to install. The only negative things I can say is 1) The top planter was misshaped, but once I put dirt and flowers in it, it fixed itself. There was not a problem flipping it and putting the top on without the planter side up. 2) It seems like when the barrel is filled to the top, the plants sit in muddy water. But that’s really not a big deal. You just have to empty some water out.. Rebecca. New Palestine, IN. Thu Jul 21 2022

We ordered two, one in black the other in brush Nickle. Love the colors and functionality. The detached shower head could be stronger but works great and the rain shower is bigger than we expected. Love the way it works. However, there are extra parts that need to be order which is not explained. Also the 2nd one, brush Nickle, had a part missing and our plumber showed us how the first one had it. Moen M-CORE 3-Series Replacement Mixing Valve Cartridge, 1213. Susanna. New Boston, NH. Looks great and works really well! This was easy to install. Even came with the teflon pipe thread tape. I wish they had noted the wrench sizes needed in the instructions so I could have prepared. I ended up using a pair of vise grip pliers because it needed two different fairly large metric wrenches. The reason this was important for our use is that the selector switch is at the bottom of the vertical rod. That makes it easy for my short wife to control. The main and upper connection comes with an adapter if your fitting is in a hollow wall as was mine or you leave the adapter off if your fitting is flush with the wall surface. The bottom can mount three different ways. It has a suction cup mount which didn’t work for me because the tile grout lines were right where it needed to be. If you do use the suction mount, you press it against the wall and then rotate the ring that then pulls back on the cup to make a strong seal. You can screw a circular plate to the wall or use the double stick tape fitting which is what I did. You can angle the rain or let it just come straight down. Do note that it does not include a water temp or flow control valve which feeds the water to the upper fitting. This was a nice upgrade!. Dan. Lavonia, GA. Wed Mar 20 2024
