Good quality faucet. You might need this model over model 8244, which has 4.5" handles, if your spay nozzle is less than four inches from the cold water valve. I learned that the colored foil stickers for hot and cold can be removed, exposing a recessed chrome area with recessed H and C lettering within. I think the chrome has a more elegant look than the foil stickers.. William. Pflugerville, TX. Tue Oct 03 2023

Like the American spirit, the explore kitchen faucet collection by Elkay was founded on classic ideals transformed by individual interpretation. Select from convenient features like pull-down and pull-out sprays. Available in a variety of finishes to complement your decors such as chrome, lustrous steel, and antique steel.

We were worried this would look too large in our kitchen but I LOVE it. It's elegant, and I actually love the higher handles a lot more than I had expected. My husband and I are both tall though, so maybe that factors in. A number of reviewers mentioned how hard it is to "snap" the nozzle back into the faucet. I found this to be also true HOWEVER, this doesn't diminish it's value to us. While it may not snap back in easily, I find myself not bothering with that since it still retracts and doesn't dangle there awkwardly. It isn't obvious when it isn't snapped in fully (to me), so I find myself not really caring about this, especially when I enjoy the look of it so much. I will try to add photos of this soon. All in all, we really love this faucet. I should also mention that we didn't pay full price, but got this on a pretty great sale price. If I paid full price I might (very slightly) care about all of this a bit more. But I didn't, and I don't. EDIT: I added some photos. The first two show the difference between it snapped in and not snapped in. Can't tell the difference? Neither can I. I had to zoom in to even remember which was which. If it's totally obvious to you and you're first reaction is "Oh LORD how tacky is this lady to not fully snap back in her faucet nozzle! GAH!"...then maybe this isn't the faucet for you.. Rebecca. Striking the perfect balance between classic and contemporary style, the graceful curves and decorative details of the Casainc bridge faucet create a transitional look that complements any kitchen. The 360-degree swivel brings water to all the places that need cleaning and the 1.8 GPM provides ideal product performance. Designed for ultimate convenience, the 3-function pull-down spray head provides maximum flexibility for all your kitchen tasks and allows you to hit every hard-to-reach corner of your kitchen sink.

UPDATE: I contacted Casainc directly and they sent a new faucet head with no hassles. It’s still made from plastic so hoping this one lasts! ORIGINAL REVIEW: The faucet was easy to install and works fine mechanically, but the quality is poor. After only a year, the spray head looks cheap and worn out. Because it’s made of plastic, the gold finish has rubbed off from normal use, exposing a silvery base underneath. Now the head doesn’t match the rest of the faucet and is covered with blemishes. For something used daily, the finish should last far longer — very disappointing and not worth the investment.. Jacqueline. Rodney, ON. Tue Jan 06 2026

It didn't work on a stainless drop in sink. All three columns are fixed to each other under the sink and I couldn't tighten down the center piece enough to close the gap. Can't explain the whole picture with words. I put a wall eschuteon under the middle trim piece to fill the gap and crossed my fingers. I am an experienced plumber, also two other skilled plumbers were scratching their head over it too. Other than that, water did glow thru it and the hot and cold side worked like it should. Would not order again.. Ian. Sat Nov 11 2023
