The two drawers provide plenty of storage for bedside essentials, and they feel sturdy once in place. Our first nightstand did arrive with some discoloration in the finish, which was disappointing. However, Wayfair's customer service was excellent—they quickly sent a replacement, and the new one arrived in perfect condition. The replacement looked exactly as expected and we're very happy with it. The nightstand itself is well-made, the drawers operate smoothly, and it has a quality feel overall. While it's unfortunate we had an issue with the first one, Wayfair made the replacement process easy and hassle-free. Overall, I would definitely recommend this nightstand. Put two of these together yesterday, it is a fairly straight forward job. Took about an hour and a half for the first one and an hour for the second. The natural oak color of these is really good, no yellow or orange tint to it. One of the drawers does not fit exactly right, I don't plan on using them a lot so no problem for me. I was really surprised with how beautiful and well crafted this night stand is. The table reads modern/retro/1960’s, which isn’t my favorite style, but I needed a table and it is really gorgeous. The wood is a warm, rich, walnut, with a reddish brown stain. The legs continue to the top of the table, leaving round circles on each corner of the table top. The drawer glides easily in and out, and the hardware is attractive. I may replace the knob, as it’s not my favorite, but that is my only very mild complaint.
