I got the Bluetooth and WiFi one. I love it, I don’t have to worry about keys or trying to remember if the door is locked. Also, through the app, it tells me when the door opens, closes, remains open, and who opened it. Not super hard to set up, but the instructions aren’t that clear either. The lock was the easiest. The handle, a little harder because I needed to add an extra hole to the door (Using a drill). Simply mount the door closer on the door frame with the included screws, insert the adjustment rod into the designated interface, connect the door closer arm (pulley rod) to the main body and door, then peel off the adhesive backing and attach the metal pad under the pulley for stable sliding and door surface protection.

This spring door hinge is heavy duty! Everything is included in the one box. I chose the antique brass - the color is true as shown in Wayfair photos! This hinge is more than I expected. The spring mechanism is thick and heavy, promising years and years and years of dependable use.
