This is my second time purchasing this set. The first set lasted seven years and three moves. I have nothing bad to say- the set up is easy and we didn’t run into any issues. I built the chairs myself which took about 1.5 hours for all four. My husband built the table which took him about an hour. All the pieces are very sturdy and good quality. Around year five we added some extra screws to the table base, but this was probably only needed due to disassembling and reassembling the table multiple times. First of all, the shipping is always ridiculously fast. Ordered my table on a Thursday and it arrived the following Tuesday. I was surprised by the quality of the table in a good way! Very sturdy and solid feeling. The size is great for very small spaces (I purchased the 42” with 4 chairs). The color looks nothing like the photo, it’s actually more of a smokey cream color. Not gray, not cream, but both To me, the photo made it look like a warm yellow toned cream, but it’s not yellow tinted at all. This worked out perfect for me though as it fits well with my decor. The table and chair legs come with rubber attached on the bottoms which is a very nice touch! No need to purchase anything to prevent it from scratching floors. The only small issue I had one of the chair legs didn’t have a predrilled hole, so I was unable to add the second screw (luckily each leg requires 2 screws), otherwise this would have been 5 stars! I am beyond happy with this dining room table and chairs! The description says rubberized wood, not sure what that means, but it looks like regular painted wood. It arrived in four boxes, none of which weighed more than 40 pounds. The instructions were straightforward and tools were included. I struggled with tightening the bolts on the pedestal so I used my own wrench. The chairs do not wobble, they are secure on the floor. This set is good quality for DIY furniture. The linen white color matches my soft, white cabinetry well. One caution is making sure you are using the correct bolt size (face palm). It took me 2-3 hours to assemble and I was tired by the last chair assembly so I had to undo the seat and legs because I used the wrong bolts. This dining set is a gentle softness.

We had a very difficult time getting the 2 table top halves to separate to reveal the leaf. It turns out, the manufacturer physically **drilled screws** into the bottom of the table closed and there was nothing in the instructions telling us this detail. These "remove" block pieces blend in with the rest of the wood on the bottom of the table. They did stamp "remove," on them but again, these blocks blend into the table and unless you know to look for them, they can easily be missed. The bottom also has some interior damage I'm assuming from transit but it's hidden so I guess not a big deal aesthetic wise, but for integrity, time will tell.
