It works great right out of the box—super quiet (thanks to that DC motor), with strong, even wind coverage that circulates air perfectly across the whole space without feeling drafty or weak. The remote functions flawlessly easy speed adjustments (love the multiple settings), light control, and no connectivity issues at all. The integrated light is surprisingly bright—great for the room without needing extra lamps, and the color temperature options are a nice touch if your model has 3CCT. Installation was the only minor hassle. The control box needs to fit inside the mounting bracket, which was trickier than expected because the previous fan install left the ceiling hole cut a bit off, causing the bracket to sit partially inside the Sheetrock. It took some extra fiddling and patience, but once up, its solid and secure. If your ceiling box is standard and properly cut, it should go much smoother. Overall, highly recommend this fan! For the price, you get quiet operation, powerful airflow, a bright dimmable light, and full remote convenience. Perfect for bedrooms, living rooms, or any medium-sized space. This light fixture by Willa Arlo is indeed stunning. Upon opening the box, it was amazing at first site. Amazingly large, too! This fixture is exceptionally well built, it’s extremely heavy, well packaged, and beautiful. My husband of 78 years installed it by himself! It took him about 2.5 hours. When it came time to actually lift it, I did help him on a second ladder for no longer than two minutes. It would have taken half that time, but it has to sink into the hub. We both love the fact that the blades are metal, not plastic! Every part of the fixture is quality built. The crystals are preinstalled, no having to mess with adding time consuming hanging. The entire fixture is wrapped, safe guarding the crystals and fixture from any potential damage. As I mentioned this fixture is large. Larger than I had anticipated. I’m not sure if my space is large enough to handle the size. We may have to move it to a larger room. It is a gorgeous, well built, statement piece. One of the most beautiful fixtues that Wayfair has to offer. Yes, it is more expensive than most fixtures. However, I have seen similar fixtures, comparable to this one for over 2,000.
