The packaging was not up to standard. The hardware was not packaged and throw all throughout the box. I had to count to make sure i had all the pieces. It took about 3-4 hours to build myself which is fine however, when opening the box the wicker already had scratches on it and that was frustrating. Almost as if someone owned it prior to it being shipped to me. The back cushions are VERY thin, the bottom cushions have good structure; they did have strings already coming off out of the bag. Nice looking and comfortable height but challenging and time consuming to assemble. Well packaged, everything was there even though mine was an "open box". It looked like someone opened the box, saw all the pieces and parts and put the lid back on. Plan on 4-5 hours and have a helper available. Have something that measures in metric because all the screws and bolts are that type. Pay attention to the difference between a "stepped" and "oblate" head of a bolt. To the manufacturer- please label the screw and bolt packages just like the other parts. I'm happy with them and my wife commented how nice they look but take your time with the assembly.. Dave.
