I wish I could share a picture but I just love the Crystal Bay shower system! It is exactly what I wanted with a champayne bronze and different shower heads and wide open rain shower! Not so easy to install and as mentioned a part was defective. Wayfair came through beautifully! Wayfair’s customer service is fantastic but not the manufacturer. I did most of my remodel with all Wayfair. The design of the KIBI faucet and shower were exactly what I was looking for in design. I hope the brand is reliable and holds up to a brand that has the reputation. I have Delta and Moen in my other bathrooms and kitchen...I am fine with them but not impressed with those brands.
