Love them except I'm trying to see the policy for a damage chair. I've just opened the box a few weeks ago. Easy put together. 1 of the chair has a tiny whole in it. These are great and very comfortable! If I had one criticism it would be to ignore the instructions when it says to tighten the legs to the foot rail to 100%. Definitely put all screws in (legs to seat and legs to foot rail) at 50%, then align and tighten the legs to the seat to 100% BEFORE you tighten the foot rail..otherwise you will not be able to align the chair legs in a way that minimizes the gaps between the parts, creating pinch points for fingers when scooting in your chair. overall great product they are easy to assemble and it doesnt take long but you will have to use a little muscle to get the footrest aligned and in place but again it wasnt hard to do. the stools look very expensive and they are very sturdy. my packages were delivered damaged and partially opened which caused a few scratches and a damaged piece, although this was probably a problem caused by the delivery carrier wayfair customer service resolved the issue without problem and even gave different options for solutions. I am very happy with this purchase and I will for sure order from wayfair again. this was my first time ordering from this site and again I am very happy with my purchase and overall experience..
