Though the base is definitely more of a green color as my hopes are coming through, I have navy blue chairs with wood floors, and it pulls colors from all of its surroundings. Blues, yellows grays, different shades of beige. The green is very obvious, but I feel it is very chameleon like for the colors that pop out of the rug on your surroundings. I live this rug so much that I bought 2 more. It is vibrant in color so you can’t be afraid of bold colors.
