I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. It’s packaged in a roll which means no accidental indents from being vacuum sealed. It came in a slightly taller box but it unenrolled really nicely and didn’t take very long to decompress and I love it the texture of the Chanel being by level I guess officially you would describe it would be so that if there were any imperfections it really would help hide it and it is incredibly soft. I really love it. I wish it had to split in the back like the first one I picked, but I love the material on this one so much more and the fact that it unrolled and there were no problems. I’m very happy with it. It size it perfectly as well, which was what I was looking for, cause I have open plan . I was skeptical....Delivery wasn't up to standards...BUT, the sofa is awesome! Very firm, but springy, requiring a little "just getting used to". Fabric is better than expected, the color is a little lighter than pictured. Another adjustment...the sofa comes to the floor, no legs, and I can't count how many times my toes have stopped me dead (but softly). LOL! Bottom line, I'm very happy with it! I love everything about this couch! The boucle is soft and beautiful, it's comfortable, is has the perfect seat depth - not too deep so ur legs dont touch the ground etc... its gorgeous and makes such a statement when you walk into the room. Overall a good product. Delivery was fast, setup crew good. Quality fees solid, it’s pretty firm, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing for how it will hold up over time. Material is nice - color matches. Only negative feedback would be the side of the chaise is missing a tuft… i see now that’s obvious from the product photos.
