Quality construction and well built. The drawers are actually drop down doors and there is only 3 on the shorter version that I purchased not 4 as stated in description. I’m actually liking the drop down doors better than drawers as it maximizing space inside a small compartment and the door hinges and soft close hardware are quality upgrades. Fully assembled was exactly that … open the box and hang the unit. Well packaged with plenty of protection from the rigors of shipping … and they got it out for delivery in very short order. Very nice. Does exactly what we wanted it to do. Here's a couple of our thoughts.. Heads up: The instructions are, for the most part, complete and easy to follow. However, take your time and pay close attention to the illustrations - there's subtle 'hints' as to how the part or piece is to be assembled. It's not obvious in certain steps. USER IMPROVEMENT: The middle grate area is a little weird. No one wants to look at the wires, cables, and electronics inside this area. So, we added a piece of lightweight Speaker Cloth to mask/blur the electronics while still allowing the remote control to operate the cable box and whatever else we have tucked in there.
