Hand made using iron and brass "clay" finish with gold hightlights

The shape and form of this light is lovely. It is of such poor quality, I would be embarrassed to hang it in my new dining room. It is missing paint in so many places, and it is a white composite material underneath. The chain is also white, and is missing paint. Way too noticeable to keep for such a high cost. The chain looks as if gold glitter was sprinkled on it. It looks nothing like the photo online. If this is the quality of Chelsea lighting, I will never order from them again. Very, very poor quality. Seems like I am required to add a star to finish the rating process. The chandelier self is very pretty, it came in pieces so you had to attach six arms with the black-and-white wires and screw in each of the crystals. I’m only giving it three stars because the instructions are horrible, does not tell you what to do with the wires how to connect them And it also doesn’t tell you to be very gentle screwing in the crystals otherwise it comes apart from the peg and they only give me two extra so now I have to figure out a couple of them how to attach the crystal to the peg that it sits in with a little bit of glue.
