Looks great, love the waterfall style. The contractor did level it properly, but the water trough does seem to want to pool up a bit of water. No way of really knowing how to separate mirror from the backing, for hanging, without a picture of how its put together. Risk of breaking mirror is possible trying to figure it out. Once done, it was easy to maneuver. Hanging was straight forward. Once all the wires are connected at the bottom, there is no good way to shove all the wires up into the base and securing them out of sight. Mission accomplished. Nice looking. I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe.
