The Napoleon grill installation instructions were very easy to follow, even the electrical connections. I like to cook on the grill but I always hade to use a flash light but not with the Napoleon 700 grill. The grilling with the Napoleon grill is much easier with the lighting it has and makes cooking on it much easier when you can see what your cooking. The grill heats up fast and holds the temperature very well. I really like the lighting feature on the burner switches, Blue when a burner is off and red when a burner is on which is a great reminder when burners are still on in case things get busy and you walk away from the grill you can see at a glance a burner is still on. Beautiful door! Sleek and easy to use. I dropped a star because there were two ridiculous steps in the instructions that made installation difficult. 1) the screws in the catch U side arent long enough to hold with your fingers to navigate them into their respective holes and the metal U is magnetic, so when I tried to use my drill, the screw kept clinging to the side of the U. I had to use two pencils as a tong to navigate the first screw into its hole before I could then get my drill bit in there. 2) to secure the outer housing to the inter U bracket, I had to drill my own holes. this meant partially disassembling, then drilling through the metal, resembling, then adding the screws..
