I bought it for an upstairs laundry closet area where a normal size stacked washer and dryer just would not fit in my home. We are running the water lines next week and I honestly cant wait to get it installed up there, but for now the photos show it in my basement so I could try it out because I couldn’t wait. It’s compact, so I wouldn’t expect it to replace a full-size washer for giant loads, but that’s not really the point. For towels, clothes, smaller bedding, and regular day-to-day laundry, it seems like a really nice option. I like that it still has a lot of useful features like the AI Smart Dial, steam settings, and a quick cycle that works great when you just want to wash a smaller load without waiting forever. It also looks really sleek, and the size is a big part of why I chose it. It will fit perfectly in a smaller closet area where having laundry upstairs is actually possible, which makes it feel like such a practical upgrade for everyday use. It feels like a very smart solution for smaller in-between loads and added convenience. Another nice feature is that it’s WiFi connected. I wouldn’t say that’s something I really need, but it has actually been super nice to have. Getting it connected was a little finicky and took a couple tries, and that would be my only tiny nitpick because otherwise this machine is 5 stars all the way. Once it was connected, everything worked great. If you’re like me and throw in a load of laundry and then completely forget about it for a day or two, the phone notifications are a lifesaver and can save you from having to wash the same load all over again like I usually do Overall, I think this is a great option for someone who wants the convenience of a washer in a smaller space or on an upper floor. We love our new 2-in-1 washerdryer combo unit!! It is so convenient in so many ways and performs great. Just be careful not to overload it, especially on a high spin setting, or else the whole thing will start banging around like its going to bust through your floor! I originally purchased from Wayfair in hopes of redeeming my 15 off coupon... but learned at checkout that this product was sadly an exclusion. I should also mention that the delivery guys did a great job hauling this moose up a flight of stairs. However, when installing, they haphazardly dropped the drain cap into the washer drain so our first two loads of laundry completely flooded our laundry room! We luckily figured out the issue and were able to spare ourselves a costly plumbing bill... but lesson learned that you should closely monitor the install portion for mishaps like this!. Kimberly. Samsung top load washer with soft close lid and self-clean

Good washer I waited around two weeks for it to be delivered. The delivery thing did not install or haul away my old washer. I had a runaround with three different companies to solve this issue. I absolutely love this washer-dryer set! It looks so cute in my little cottage bathroom! Stacking note: The bracket for the stacking kit will push the dryer slightly forward of the washing machine.
