Overall I am happy with this shower door. We had to use a hack saw to trim pieces down so it fit for our shower that is about 56 which was a bit challenging. For some reason, the drain and overflow accessories weren’t compatible with our plumbing system, so we had to swap those out, and I wish deer valley made it easier to find other options that are compatible not only with different plumbing but with different finishes. Our contractor installed, so I can’t say much to the installation. But we love these doors! We have had them almost a year now and no issues at all. We love that they can slide both ways so you have an option which way to enter and it helps keep the heat of the water in. It was oddly difficult to find the perfect double sliding barn door type shower door. Our contractor told us he was a little hesitant to drill into the tub, which is required of these doors. I have always liked having the glass doors on my bathtubs, so when I saw this one for my 2nd bathroom, I decided to buy it. The instructions were easy to follow, but you need to read it well to make sure you have all the hardware separated. Installation took about 90 minutes.
