The cold water starts out cold but since the reservoir is small it doesn't hold much water so the cold water runs out and then the room temp water is dispensed so the water ends up being more room temp water than cold.. Please clean this product regularly to ensure safe drinking. 2. Does the product smell? --- Please clean the lower water reservoir by soaking it in lemon water before use. 3. Poor refrigeration effect? --- Please note that when the yellow light comes on, the fan starts to cool down. It takes about 40-45 minutes to cool (0.08 gal each time, the cooling temperature is 46-59℉). Please do not put cold water in the cooling process, otherwise, the cooling time will be prolonged. After the cooling is over, the yellow light goes off, the fan stops running, and the cold water can be discharged.

I really was excited about this water filtration system but after setting it up I have to say I’m kind of disappointed. I have been buying bottled water for a long time because even tap water that’s been filtered through a filter that attaches to my kitchen faucet gives me heartburn. On top of that I got a letter from the city saying my water is coming into my house through lead pipes! So I felt it was time to up my water filtration game! My biggest concern with this system is that I wasn’t able to find a replacement filter anywhere. The manufacturer and big box store that sell them show them as sold out. This system came with a filter but what good is it if I can’t get a replacement filter when I need one The set up was a pain as well because it requires running four liters of water through the machine three times before you can use it. So, after all that, how does the water taste It’s ok. It’s not really good tasting water. It also takes up more counter space in my small house. It does what it says so I give it four stars but I’m not going to tell all my friends to buy one. Also, two pieces of plastic were broken off the lid to the water reservoir.
