Just installed this dreamline sliding shower door. We needed an option without a top rail because of the unusual structure of our bathroom. The bay window would not allow for a top rail install and the bathroom was too small for a pivot style door. This slider worked great. My only complaint is that the slider has a little too much play in the top glider and so rattles a bit. We plan to reduce the clearance with a thicker piece of rubber to eliminate that issue. We also have not been able to determine how to properly drain the inner channel. It seems to hold standing water after shower use. Could be user install error. Overall a great product.. Colette. Took multiple hours to install, largely because it came with parts for another slightly different model and the wrong installation manual, but were able to retrieve it online. Beautiful shower. Looks great in our master bathroom but we are still having problems with leaks at each corner we have tried sealants but it still leaks. We think that It has to do with the sliding doors having certain areas that are slightly opened but we cannot seal it otherwise the doors will not slide. We are still trying to fix this problem. Our first base had a small crack in one corner, most likely due to shipping damage. Wayfair immediately replaced it and the 2nd base had stronger packaging material and came in good condition. The drain is very slightly off centered, which is how it was meant to be, but since we were replacing an older base that was centered, the hole and shower drain didn't match up. We purchase a small offset drain attachment which worked perfectly. The base is sturdy and strong and with the rings on the underside for support, it did not need any filling material.
