I now can give it a 5 as it is fully installed. The sliding doors are beautiful and there are no leakages. My previous shower had a door which drains on the floor. Our first base had a small crack in one corner, most likely due to shipping damage. Wayfair immediately replaced it and the 2nd base had stronger packaging material and came in good condition. The drain is very slightly off centered, which is how it was meant to be, but since we were replacing an older base that was centered, the hole and shower drain didn't match up. We purchase a small offset drain attachment which worked perfectly. The base is sturdy and strong and with the rings on the underside for support, it did not need any filling material. Lovely shower door. The curve at the top is lovely. We installed our shower door to open inward but the instructions show to have it open outward. FedEx did a poor job of dropping this door off at our home but it wasnt damaged even though they were rough to the box. This is a good solid shower base. It was generally square and straight although the front edge was a bit bowed out. It doesn’t come with a drain so keep that in mind. The shower doors are look nice, except mine came a bit scratched up. Due to installation delays, I was unable to report this too wayfair because it was over 30 days.
