Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element. Awesome in the winter, the kids find it rather difficult to weave the towels into for drying though so that's the only drawback. It's up to the adults to take the time to do it.
