The part is the exact one I needed and is functioning correctly after installation. Unfortunately, it was difficult to be sure that I had ordered the correct part based on the website documentation.. Baltimore17. Baltimore, MD. Tue Sep 03 2024

The photo shows the grounding pin being away from the cover hinge, which is what most US customers would want. The item I received, in contrast, had the grounding pin next to the hinge. Annoying since that's one reason I chose the item from Wayfair instead of from a competitor. It CAN be fixed, though. Remove the foam weather seal from the back. Use a screwdriver to press inward *hard* on the metal tabs that hold the plug into the cover. Do one at a time while pushing in on the plug, and you can remove it, flip it over, and snap it back in. The instructions tell you explicitly not to take it apart, but unfortunately for some of us it will be necessary.. Will. Charlottesville, VA. Thu Aug 26 2021

Rather than replacing your entire toilet, consider replacing 1 part for a quick and easy fix. Purchase the to replace your flush mechanism and your toilet should work like new.

The Armor SX5000 WB is a PRO-Grade water-based penetrating water-repellent sealer. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%. The Armor SX5000 WB is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement. Currently saying that the item is not available for return. Thank you. Sm. Thu Jul 31 2025

We used this for a 6 foot high gate, and did not bury the posts. We mounted them to block pillars and purposely let them extend above by 2 feet, so we could put a decorative topper above the gate (16 inches high). It worked out perfect, 102 inches long.. Theodore. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had these toilets in a newly built home and liked how reliably they flushed (no clogging) and also the shape of the bowl, so we ordered them to replace the toilets in another home and they have worked just as well, and for a very reasonable price!. So after fooling with this lamp post for ever, we finally got it together. The directions are horrible. That’s why I gave it a four stars. I had to go onto YouTube and figure out how to put this together so throw the instructions away people. It’s really tall nice lamp post it turns on at night but we just got it together so we didn’t have it charged up it’s more of a fake steel. I don’t know what that’s called, but it has lots of rubber parts to make it waterproof which I love. Really pretty.. Shantela. Concord, NC. Thu Dec 04 2025
