The wheels were not allowed while traveling but were handy once the crate was disassembled to make it easier to move around. Improvements: - The area where the wheels attach got pretty beat up, would be nice if there was something else to put on top while not using the wheels. - the handles on top are plastic, and although they should be used just to move the top of the crate, one was missing when I returned back to Texas. Very happy with the pet stroller. Our two Ragamuffin kittens fit perfectly inside with space to spare. Walks are smooth and the large wheels allow pulling up steps going in and out of the house. What prevents a 5 star rating is the difficulty in folding down to store away. You need to almost disassemble entire stroller to do so.
