The parts are plastic, flimsy and again are different sizes than needed. It also failed to come with the valve for the glass rinser, and to make matters more fun! This product is not eligible for support from Wayfair. Sadly I have already cut out my counter top to the size of this sink and Wayfair will not return nor support in making this sink work in our space.
