It looks great, slightly less dense material than hoping for, but hey, it's a towel bar. As long as I don't fall into it, it will be fine. The finish is perfect, packaging was great. The only installation issues were screwing the set screw to tighten the base parts (too close to the wall so it was hard getting the fingers in there), and the mollies seem a little weak, so I used super glue to secure the base clamps to the wall.. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it.
