This house loft bed exceeded my expectations. It’s extremely sturdy and feels very well-built—no wobbling or creaking at all, even with daily use. We’re really happy with this greenhouse overall. The size is perfect—not too overwhelming, but still big enough to actually do something with. It feels like a great starter option if you’re getting into gardening without wanting to go all-in on something massive or super expensive. Assembly was definitely the biggest challenge. My husband put it together on his own (which… respect), but he said having a second person would make a huge difference—and honestly, even a third if you want it done quickly. That said, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and all the parts were really well organized in the boxes, which helped a lot. Most of the hiccups were just from doing it solo. The only minor issue we’ve noticed is the door—it was pretty snug at first. We think one of the wood pieces may have been slightly bowed, but it’s already starting to loosen up and work better the more we use it. We love the look of it, and it feels like a solid setup for the price. It also didn’t feel overwhelming to prep the base (we did gravel), which was a big plus. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this for a first greenhouse—especially if you’ve got the space and want to start a larger garden without overcomplicating things. So far i am halfway through the build has taken several hours split in two days will be working on Finnishing this weekend but so far i am liking it instructions are easy to read there was one part we felt like we were on a wild goose chase but realized it was labeled wrong and has been smooth sailing. The shed arrived packaged in two big bundles and was delivered down two dirt roads to gravel driveway. Great delivery service ! My carpenter neighbor put the building together on piers. However he reinforced the floor with additional two by fours. The building was a good value with the windows. This building is my she-shed for my Mtn getaways. I love to camp and becoming intolerant to inconsiderate, loud, and drunk neighbors in next site. We purchased primitive lot in NC foothillmtn years ago. Unable to afford a second house here, my she shed will be my camping getaway site. No close site neighbors. Plenty of storage space on the shelf inside as well. I have not painted the building yet as too hot in NC but will later. It will serve as my new camping site! My neighbor Keith also constructed a deck for the she shed as well. I was really looking forward to my greenhouse. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. It took two days to build by myself the size is perfect, but the door does not fit, so it cannot close. I don’t know if its a manufacturer issue or what, but I really need to be able to close it for the winter, and it defeats my purpose of keeping my plants from freezing. Nice looking greenhouse. It took about 2 afternoons to put together, but could have been done in one day. Mostly put it together myself, but I did need a second person when connecting the walls together. The instructions are visual and every part is numbered in the order that you assemble them which is nice, HOWEVER the instructions for assembling the roof were impossible see with the diagrams given, it says to put in a bunch of screws, but not which part you are screwing into, or how those pieces go together kind of important information! I had to zoom in on pictures of the finished greenhouse on Wayfair to try and guess how the pieces went together, wasting a lot of time, and still end up putting one piece backwards, requiring me to backtrack and redo that part. I even contacted the manufacturer for help using the email on the instructions, they did get back to me, but by that time I had it sorted. And yes I put the roof on crooked, that part is on me. The other thing I should note is that the hardware for the door is very thin metal, I don't think it will hold up very long, especially with the tiny screws used for the hinges, so this will eventually need to be replaced. Several pieces of the wood panel were also warped, but I managed to get them to fit. Overall, good value for the price, about what I expected, it's not the most solid structure, but I am building in shelves and a work table which will reinforce it.
