The LG dehumidifier works quite well. It's modern-looking, has a customizable humidity setting and a sensor that turns off the unit once the desired humidity level has been reached. It also senses when the bucket is full and when to clean the filter which is very easy to do. I’ve been looking for composite sinks with workstation and accessories but also wanted to get a known brand, unfortunately Ruvati doesn’t make on size, bigger sizes do have it. Tapping on it sounds like plastic due to resin, it doesn’t feel like it’s made out of stone. Also it came with slightly discolored areas, not too visible but they are there. The drain is made out of black plastic, for this price I wish it was metal and had color options to match my faucet which is bronze. They have it but have to purchase separately. I thought it’d be heavier but it’s not, again probably because of the amount of resin vs quartz used. Great product so far. And aesthetically, the most minimal and elegant dehumidifier I could find. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed.
