I needed to cover a septic clean out pipe by my driveway. It works fine. Just a tad smaller than 12” for sure. It barely fit over the small pipe. But I had included 3 stakes and they helped secure to ground although it wasn’t firmly on the ground level but just made it hard to blow over if windy. I kept it. Good price for this sale. Good value! This is not the easiest install persay, if you’re someone that struggles with assembly maybe skip it but luckily that’s not me as it’s a very cute piece! It fits perfectly around my ac unit, though wish it went back a little further. I love that’s it doubles as a shelf to help hide the unit even further. I live in a city so my ac unit is right there in my modest backyard, and this transformed it from an eye sore into something useful.
