I needed to cover a septic clean out pipe by my driveway. It works fine. Just a tad smaller than 12” for sure. It barely fit over the small pipe. But I had included 3 stakes and they helped secure to ground although it wasn’t firmly on the ground level but just made it hard to blow over if windy. I kept it. Good price for this sale. Nobody can believe this isn’t a real rock. My neighbor was horrified that I was picking up this rock to place it and came running out of her house to help.
