I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts. Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. I LOVE this sink. It's beautifully crafted, the water runs toward the drain, and it includes a very nice sink grid (sink grids can get very pricey and if they are not included, it's hard to find one that fits perfectly that doesn't cost a small fortune). I have an InSinkerator, so did not need the included drain cover and basket - but they look MUCH better than the InSinkerator drain ;). Note, the sink is very heavy.
