It's beautiful and sturdy. I got three of the two-door bookcases, and I didn't want to try putting it together with those glass doors. The assemblers did a good job. The only thing that's not as I was expecting are the lights. There isn't a pure white color light setting. The stands themselves are beautiful and much nicer than expected. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the screw threading on the poles was not perfect. The one pole threading had what looked like a bead of metal or possibly solder which kept the screw from attaching. Fortunately using a file I was able to remove it. A second set of threads was just a little off and I had to force the screw in. Once I got it started however it did attach. So... beautiful stands if you have a little mechanical know-how..
