The operation is strange. I thought the 2 pull chains would operate the 2 top bulbs independently from the middle thumb roller switch. A light bulb is included in the box as well as a pair of black cloth gloves to clean the delicate Tiffany glass; a nice touch. The only thing that prevented me from giving five stars is that the cord comes out from the top of the base rather than from underneath with a space for the cord to come from below and lay flat.
