It is very simple to use. It didn’t come with a manual or any physical paper so I had to find the manual online. Not the end of the world but I still like paper for some basic info. It is VERY loud. It arrived just as Wayfair said. The box however had a gouge in the side of the box that went through. Luckily when we opened it up the coffee maker was not damaged. Setup was very easy. I have only brewed a k-cup coffee so far which was easy and delicious. Will be using the auto brew to a carafe of coffee tomorrow morning. I expect it to be just as delicious as the cup.
