It arrived just as Wayfair said. The box however had a gouge in the side of the box that went through. Luckily when we opened it up the coffee maker was not damaged. Setup was very easy. The only feature I wasn't a big fan of was the over-ice option. While it turns off the hot plate, by the time you fill the carafe with ice and finish brewing, the result is room temperature, diluted coffee. That said, it's not a deal breaker.
