Gorgeous!! My husband rented a scaffold to install it since our ceiling is 20 ft tall in our entry. He then lowered it, and we sat on scaffolding to install the crystals. Definitely a little more challenging installing this so high but worth it. It comes with a set of small crystals and a set of large crystals and you alternate them when installing on the rings of the chandelier. It took the both of us 1 12 hrs to put the crystals on. We just finished installing this beautiful light fixture. It is fabulous! I have searched everywhere for the perfect Chandelier for our dining room. I have finally found THE ONE, by Rosdorf Park, the Elizabella! The fixture itself is extremely well made. The gold color is perfect, not brassy, like so many. The installation was fairly simple, but the instructions left much to be desired. It was a joy unveiling the real, beautifully cut , crystal bulbs. They are the perfect size and weight, plus they, like the fixture, were very well packaged. No broken light bulbs, no damage, anywhere, period. One thing that truly impressed my husband, was it was is already, seamlessly, put together. No threading arms on to the hub, not trying to fit the wires into anything. Except of course to hardwire the piece. My husband is 78 years old, and he was able to install the fixture by himself. He left the light bulbs and crystal bulbs off until he had it hardwired. Having the tool necessary included, sure made it much easier to finish the job. Yes, this fixture is more expensive than most, with a similar design. However, after all the shopping and comparing of the different qualities, we both feel it was a great investment. I would definitely purchase this light fixture again, and we both highly recommend it! Update The dining room is finally finished! So this was a tried and true product. The instructions are not clear nor easy to follow. The assembly took all day with three people working on this. My husband who is quite handy was very concerned about the weight as the crystals (125) which are large and quite heavy. Also, the light bulbs (not included) are difficult to find (E14) and needed to be ordered online as were not available in any store. The chandelier is stunning. Our daughter remarked that for the price listed and the amount of work needed to assemble and hang it doesn’t validate the cost. I've had this chandelier for a year now. It took a while to arrive and when it did it was in 5 huge and very heavy boxes. It was professionally installed by a 3 person crew over 13 hours. As the installation neared completion it was discovered that a piece to enclose a circular ring at the base of the chandelier was too small. I contacted customer service and it was a nightmare to get the correct piece that fit. They sent me the same too small piece twice. Finally I had to go to nearby chandelier retailer who was able to obtain the correct size crystal ring for the base closure, after thwt ev3rythibf was perfect. The finished product is absolutely breaktaking. It is a statement and a conversation piece. Everyone who walks into my home is blown away by it. I will say it was well work the hassel of the incorrect piece. The picture speaks for itself. I would absolutely recommend this product.
