For the price, this couch LOOKS really nice, if you’re looking for that boucle fabric look. Take note that this couch is extremely stiff! The “tight back” design means that there is virtually no padding on the back cushions. I use giant soft throw pillows to make it more comfortable (not pictured.) Assembly was super easy! The shipment was missing one of the middle pieces but the submission process for the missing piece was very easy. This seems like a common occurrence for wayfair sectionals, no big deal. Overall a good product. Delivery was fast, setup crew good. Quality fees solid, it’s pretty firm, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing for how it will hold up over time. Material is nice - color matches. Only negative feedback would be the side of the chaise is missing a tuft… i see now that’s obvious from the product photos.
