Very pretty bed. The color was exactly as shown. The slats and the wings on the bed were a pain to attach as it wasn’t lined up and the bottom slat on the right hand side of the bed was shorter than the rest. In all it took about 2 hours to put together. The listing says the bed will hold up to 800 lbs but when I put the mattress on the bed I could hear the wood and it didn’t sound good. We're in love with this headboard and footboard!  We're using this in our guest room that we just decorated, and I searched online forever as we wanted something that looked nice but didn't want to spend a fortune.  Finally found this one and I think it's a really great value for the money and quality.  We purchased the bed in the Walnut wood  stain and it's a really nice color.  The boucle headboard is good quality and a nice neutral cream color that works well with all the colors of our bedding and pillows.  Our guest room is upstairs and we have a tricky staircase, so we were fine with buying something that had to be assembled.  In our case that worked best because of the staircase situation.  My husband assembled the bed with no issues and was impressed with the quality and says it feels sturdy. Took us about 2 hours or so. The quality is nice and I like the way it looks (just as pictured). I got the queen size in color Ivory Canvas. I have a 12” mattress that works really with the height of the headboard.
