I really like this bed! Delivered by FedEx in one large heavy box, very hard to carry without additional help. The unboxing was smooth aside from there being no instructions included. We were able to find ins instructions for this item online with a bit of searching. I put it together with help from one other person. Would have been more difficult to do alone. Took us about 2 hours or so. The quality is nice and I like the way it looks (just as pictured). I got the queen size in color Ivory Canvas. I have a 12” mattress that works really with the height of the headboard. My biggest complaint is that it says the space beneath the bed is 5-6” but it’s more like 3” so none of my under bed storage fits. Overall would recommend this product to others!. Anonymous. We're in love with this headboard and footboard!  We're using this in our guest room that we just decorated, and I searched online forever as we wanted something that looked nice but didn't want to spend a fortune.  Finally found this one and I think it's a really great value for the money and quality.  We purchased the bed in the Walnut wood  stain and it's a really nice color.  The boucle headboard is good quality and a nice neutral cream color that works well with all the colors of our bedding and pillows.  Our guest room is upstairs and we have a tricky staircase, so we were fine with buying something that had to be assembled.  In our case that worked best because of the staircase situation.  My husband assembled the bed with no issues and was impressed with the quality and says it feels sturdy. I was looking for an incredibly specific bed tall but not too tall headboard, beigeoatmeal color, and lift storage with enough depth to fit suitcases and so I didn’t have to see the items underneath (apartment living, amiright!) this fit the bill from the pictures and since I move a lot, I really didn’t want to spend too much. I was worried about the khaki color being too dark from other reviews, but in my opinion it’s perfect and doesn’t appear too dark. Now putting this thing together was a whole ordeal. I have put many beds together and this took me 4 hours and after all that, I couldn’t get the lift mechanism to work (the main reason I bought it). I then caved and scheduled professional assembly because I really loved the look. They spent maybe 5 minutes to insta the hydraulic lift. It now works perfectly, does not squeak, and can lift my 16 inch mattress and stay up. I agree with other reviews that you have to remove your beddingcomforter to lift as it does add more weight than you think. The best part both my carry-on and bigger suitcases fit underneath so this will definitely hide other things nicely. Beautiful bed! Super comfy. It is frameless and comes rolled up and vacuum sealed. Takes 3 days to fully expand. I do wish the corners of the headboard didn’t have a weird indentation but aside that it’s perfect. Putting the cover on the bed is NOT an easy yask. Almost broke a nail and filed for divorce but we got it on! It took about an hour and a half. I bought a 5 inch box spring to get the height otherwise you’ll basically be on the floor.
