Pillow protector appears to be very well made. UPDATE: Washed for 1st time and found stitching on one case completely undone leaving a 3 inch hole that needs to be repaired. Haven’t washed yet but it appears sturdy enough to resist the hot water washing that is recommended. In the inside of the case there is a big piece sew at the pillow case opening in that you pull out and cover the end of the pillow!
