Easy to assemble (only the table required minor assembly). I was surprised how well this set is made and how sturdy it is. The table is solid and the chairs don't feel like they're going to collapse. None of the pieces are wobbly. Needed something for a hard to access small deck, that can fold flat for the winter (and does) and provides some occasional seating. The chairs aren't something you'd want to sit on for hours, but they are comfortable enough to enjoy a coffee on the deck for a bit of time.
