he Viking 3-Ply Stainless Steel 8 quart. Multipot helps to achieve rolling boils in a shorter time frame than conventional stockpots, making it ideal for preparing pastas. The fitted pasta insert allows you to cook the pasta and then lift the insert directly out, leaving the water in the pot for additional rounds of cooking. The 3-Ply Stainless Steel clad construction of the multipot-multicooker combines three layers of metal to create one solid piece that is formed into the vessel, making the stockpot extremely responsive to changes in heat. The two layers of stainless steel sandwich an aluminum alloy core that evenly transfers heat from both the bottom and sides of the pot at the same time, increasing the cooking efficiency. The Viking 8 quart. Multipot is perfect for all cooking methods, including induction. The 18/8 stainless steel cooking surface will not react with foods and is easy to clean. Internal volume markings in both US and metric measurements make it easy for the cook to measure volumes accurately even when filling directly from the faucet. Also included with the multipot is a steamer insert that allows you to multi-task - boil water, cook pasta and steam vegetables all at the same time. The multipot can be used with or without the past insert, making it a versatile stock pot that can be used for chili, soups, stocks, stews and more. The signature Viking handles are mounted to the vessel with solid stainless steel rivets and are designed to be easy to grip even with a towel or oven mitt. The Viking 8 quart 3-Ply Stainless Steel Multipot-Multicooker is backed by a limited lifetime warranty and is dishwasher safe. Perfect to add a pop of color to your kitchen. The Country French collection combines attractive design with functional construction for the ultimate line of efficient, easy-to-use cookware. Each cooking vessel interweaves 5 layers of highly conductive aluminum and stainless steel for optimal even heat distribution. Induction-ready cookware works with your induction stove, electric stove, and gas stove for fast, even heating. Use country French collection cookware in conjunction with stainless steel food pan to create a double boiler, perfect for foods that cook best in moist heat. Handling instructions: Use only metal safe detergents. For heavily soiled conditions presoak in hot water and soap. Do not use in the dishwasher, must be hand washed. Do not scour or scrape the outside color, only the inside may be scoured. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. This may scratch the enamel finish. Do not stack your pots or pans, it may create metal marks on the finish. Do not bang them against each other, scratches may occur. Use on induction, electric, or gas stoves. When using an open flame (gas) never let the flame touch the sides of the color. Classic Country French pots/pans may go in the oven up to 350 degrees. Never use CCF collection empty, this will overheat the pot/pan and cause damage.

High Performance: Made with a 2.0mm tri-ply alloy. The exterior consists of 20% 18/10 stainless steel, with a 64% aluminum core and 16% interior 18/10 stainless steel. Aluminum provides excellent heat conductivity, while the 18/10 stainless steel interior is durable, non-reactive, and ideal for all cooking activities. It heats up and cools down quickly, offering superior cooking control. Polished Stainless Steel Exterior: Cast stainless steel handles stay cool during use. Each piece features pouring rims. Versatile: Suitable for all types of cooking surfaces, including gas, electric, induction, halogen stovetops, and in the oven. Care: Avoid using high heat for extended periods. Do not leave an empty pan on a hot burner for long. For items that are not dishwasher-safe, do not use them in the dishwasher. Do not use metal utensils on the non-stick surface. Avoid using scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners, bleach, or oven cleaners, as these can scratch or damage your cookware. Misuse will void your warranty. Bleach will damage the stainless steel interior and should not be used on any Mauviel cookware. Dishwasher Safe: Our products have excellent conductivity, so cooktop controls should not be set to their maximum heating power; use them at about 60% capacity, which is level 6 on a scale of 10.

Stockpots are true do-it-alls when it comes to any liquid-related cooking. They have tall sides which reduce evaporation so thinner stocks and soups maintain their light consistency. With a wide, flat base, you can even saute your soup ingredients right in the pot without having to use an additional pan. As part of our d3 collection, this stockpot features a bonded tri-ply construction made with a responsive aluminum core pressed together with 2 layers of durable, stainless steel all the way around the surface, for fast and even heat. At 6 quarts, it is the perfect size for making food for the family with maybe even some leftovers. To keep your all-clad looking brand new, we recommend washing your cookware with soap and a sponge instead of the dishwasher. Bonded, engineered, & assembled in the USA. Backed by all clad's limited lifetime warranty.
